Excellent Estate Fresh Find!
Great early 1900's Porcelain 8 1/4" Souvenir Plate of the Library of Congress in Washington DC
.
This measures approx. 8 1/4" across and has a provision for a hanging wire. I see no cracks or chips, just normal wear from use or display.
It is marked made in Austria by Victoria.
It will make a great addition to anyone's collection!
