There will be no refunds on this item unless returned as new as it was sent
IT IS RECOMMENDED that you: (A) Test a small unused area of the decal in water to see if it stays intact, and (B) spray two (2) coats of Testors Dullcoat or a similar clear spray or Microscale Decal Film (recommended), and let dry 24 hrs before you subject them to water, this will help hold them together when you apply them (Although this is not guaranteed).
