Lot 1960's Washington DC Travel Booklets Post Cards Prince's Color Picture Book

This is a lot of a few vintage Washington DC and Mount Vernon related tourist items, most from the 1960's.
1. About 1963, Prince's Color Picture Book of Washington. Full of interesting information of the Capital in the 1960's and color photographs. Please note the front of the colorful booklet (and very small part of back, have little faint brown spots, aging, which can only be seen if held up at an angle. (see photo 7). All inside and all else good.
2.  Tourist pamphlet Lincoln Memorial 1964 (cost 5 cents) put out by the Superintendent of Documents US Government printing office. In very good condition.
3. From same 1960's 5 postcards of from Mount Vernon Though never used, 4 of these were stapled together, 2 have staple holes and 2 have staples still on the sides. The miniature portrait post card of George and Martha  have left over piece of scotch tape on the middle top and bottom see photos for these details.
4. 3 stamped and used postcards from 1980 from the Capital
5. Not from Washington but from President Regan 1980's unused post card from "The  Western White House" with Regan Photo in the corner. Please not though not used, there is a small piece of the color photo graphic torn off left upper corner. Please see photo.
