    Vtg 1939-1942 New Hellz A Poppin Broadway souvenir program 9 x 12”, 16 pages of art by Harold K Simon, photos of the cast – some in costume, bios, show information, etc. for Olsen and Johnson’s new “Hellz A Poppin – The Screamlined Revue designed for laughing”. There is also a reprint of an article that Olsen and Johnson wrote and that appeared in the NY Times Jan. 17, 1939 around the time of the shows first anniversary about the critics being wrong that “ ‘Hellzapoppin’ is ‘Hellzafloppin’”. Very good used condition – some wear and corner bends/creases, and a very small rust colored stain on the back, bottom left, and evidence of handling. The staples are also rusty.
